Low Country Cookout

We were invited to a low country resident BBQ. The food was fantastic and very authentic for our area. We had a shrimp boil with sausage, potatoes and corn, crayfish and roasted oysters. The seafood had been caught just hours before and was very fresh. We shucked the oysters ourselves (pried open with a small knife) and ate them right off the half-shell with hot sauce. IT WAS GOOD!
Taely just ate the cake.
